The replay-as-portfolio question.
There is a thing that happens around month four for every IT job seeker: the resume runs out. You have listed the certifications, you have named the tools, you have described “managed Active Directory for 200 endpoints” and the hiring side reads your line and reads someone else's identical line, and neither of you has any way to be more credible than the other.
The replay solves that. A 4-minute recording of you fixing a printer ticket, actually fixing it, dsquery before nslookup, Move-ADObject, Restart-Service, is more credible than a hundred resumes claiming the same thing.
