Most production incidents that affect OpsTicket originate upstream. These are the third-party live status pages we monitor:
When something breaks on our side, we post here within 15 minutes of detection. Resolutions get a written post-mortem on P0 incidents within 5 business days.
Send a mail asking to be added to the incident notification list. We send at most one mail per incident plus a resolution note. No marketing piggybacks.
If we need to take something down on purpose, it happens on a Saturday at 04:00 to 06:00 UTC. We post the specific Saturday 7 days ahead via the incident notification list.
