Every cert links to /cert/<id>. Anyone with the cert ID or hash can verify candidate, track, score, date, without an OpsTicket account.
We sign every cert with an ed25519 key whose fingerprint is published on the security page. Every hash lands in the append-only OpsTicket ledger so the score on a resume can be checked by a hiring manager in seven seconds, on a phone, without an account.

If a candidate is pasting a hash that is not theirs, or claiming a score that does not appear on /cert/{id}, tell us. We revoke and notify the candidate within 24 hours.
