Filters are tag queries. Saved searches are named tag queries. Sequences fire on tag changes (in addition to stage changes). Tags are freeform, scoped to your org, and you can rename one and the rest of the system catches up.
That’s it. No rich text. No threading. No reactions. If you need to attribute who wrote what on a hire that didn’t work out, the note timeline is exportable, signed-by-server, and human-readable. The same shape your legal team would have asked for if they’d been there at the start.
