One link per posting. Reads from your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar, respects your existing busy blocks, blocks back-to-back by default, defaults to a 45-min slot. No round-robin theatre. No “find a time that works for our 17 stakeholders.” Two-sided rules: the candidate doesn’t get a 9pm slot either.

The booking link belongs to the posting, not the seat. Whoever’s on phone-screen duty that week is in the rotation. The candidate doesn’t care which recruiter they speak to first: the candidate cares that the slot they pick still exists when they wake up tomorrow. So we hold the slot the moment they click.
No company-branding theatre. No “schedule with our team” wizard. Five slot buttons, a confirm. Loads under 300 KB on a 3G handset. We’ve watched candidates pick a slot from a subway platform, so we made sure that works.
One link per posting kills the “what time works for everyone” thread. That thread was costing hires.
