Six columns from invited to offer. Drag a candidate, click to advance, or use the J / K hotkeys if you live in the kanban all day. The score and the session replay travel with the card. When a stage hits its cap, the column tells you: we don’t email.
included in Recruiter seat · $199 / month
Drag with the mouse if you’re triaging a few. Click the stage label inside the card if you live on the trackpad. Press J or K with a card focused if you live in the kanban for 6 hours a day. Each is the same call.

To add a sixth, move one to phone screen first. We won’t auto-bump: you’d hate that.
Every column has a capacity. Caps are a recruiter habit, not a rule, so we surface them, then get out of the way. Hit the cap, the column header goes yellow, and the next advance opens a one-click “park to To-review” affordance.
One yellow column on the board. It is the shortlist. Everyone walks past it on the way to coffee, so everyone knows where the work is.
